Payment Options and Fees
For your convenience we accept the following methods of payment: cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment required. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. Endodontic fees usually range from $900 to $1,600, and it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment.
Insurance Coverage
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. However, patients assume ultimate financial responsibility for their care. Because this insurance contract is an agreement between you and the insurance company, we cannot guarantee coverage and can only estimate your out-of-pocket expenses. As a courtesy to our patients, we will assist you in filing your dental insurance. We will allow 45 days for payment, and any remaining balance after insurance has paid is the patient’s responsibility.
Financing Options
We are also pleased to offer CareCredit to our patients. This external financing option allows you to pay over time for the treatment you need today. The CareCredit plans offered through our office are available with no interest charged to the patient. So that your time in our office may be focused on your dental treatment needs, we ask that you would submit this application prior to your initial visit.
